My name is Brian Rayl. I have been a Dallas real estate agent since 2009 but I have been a technology freak my entire life. I am always one to have the latest and greatest gadget, even if I don’t need it. I have realized that this habit can be even worse when it comes to real estate. There are a million companies out there trying to nickle and dime you to get you to buy the next best technology or gadget or program or whatever.
I have realized that what I LOVE about real estate in addition to the personal interactions is the CHALLENGE and the use of technology to stay in front of – and on top of – the other agents out there. Getting to the first page in Google is a CHALLENGE. Being able to get people to sign up at my open houses was a CHALLENGE. Converting prospects into leads and then into clients was a CHALLENGE. Getting a transaction to the closing table while handling last minute issues and revisions was a CHALLENGE. And I realize that it is this CHALLENGE that I love, even though most don’t. For most real estate agents, these are not CHALLENGES, but instead they are frustrations. So how can you conquer these challenges and frustrations quickly, easily, and with as little stress as possible? The answer for me has almost always been technology.
As technology savvy as I am, I cannot believe the things that I have learned over the past 3 years when it comes to real estate. There are some amazing tools out there that I am STILL learning to this day, and new tools are coming out every day. My goal is to learn as much as I possibly can to help improve my real estate business, and post my findings here so that hopefully it can help you out as well.
If you ever have any questions about real estate technology, just ask! If you are actually looking for a hi-tech real estate agent, contact me.
