Today’s real estate consumer is expecting a response to inquiries within one hour. Many say 15-20 minutes and faster is even better. It is clear to every real estate expert that time is of the essence.

If you or your team has ever interacted with them on the chat, it will bring up an archive of those past conversations.
Just like any tool, you will have to play with it to see where it might fit into your marketing plan and how it is best used. Do you want to automatically send them a message as soon as they hit the site? Or do you want to wait until they hit the 5 minute mark before jumping in. Perhaps you only want to interact with them once they hit your home search page. The possibilities are endless and the choice is yours. Play with it to see what works best for your future clients.
