The number one thing people want to do on real estate websites is search for homes. Sure, the information that you provide in your blog posts is great, but in the end they want to find the home of their dreams. This is done through an IDX, or Internet Data Exchange, provider.
HiTechAgents specializes in setup of IDX Broker and WolfNet IDX Solutions. Other IDX options can be installed as well. IDX Installation is charged at an hourly rate of $100 per hour. The length of time to install the IDX depends on what IDX provider you are using (or want to use) and how that IDX provider integrates into your website.
If HiTechAgents is not familiar with your IDX provider, YOU DO NOT PAY FOR OUR EDUCATION. We will not charge for the research on your particular IDX provider. We will only charge the actual time that we spend installing the IDX onto your website. We will configure the IDX on as many pages as you request at the same hourly rate. (This is only for the IDX portion of the page. We do not provide any other content for the page.)
This cost is for the installation ONLY, and not the service. The cost of the service will depend on who you use for your IDX provider.
